Trip to France 2015 (Day 15)

This morning we went to le Musée d’Orsay which holds one of the world’s largest collections of impressionist and post-impressionist paintings. We spent the afternoon in the neighborhood Montmartre where students had time for lunch,  shopping and walked up to the Sacré Coeur. After dinner in the Latin Quarter the group split up. Half of us went to see the Eiffle Tower at night (it lights up on the hour!) and the others stayed behind to spend more time shopping in the Latin Quarter. All in all, an eventful day!

“I thought it was interesting how many people speak multiple languages in Paris for example servers in restaurants or people in stores. They would respond in English to questions we asked in French. It made it hard to practice French.” – Claire
